Set these three dials today

Earn rate How many Boons a customer gets per dollar. Most businesses start around 10% back — a $100 sale gives $10 of Boons the customer can spend anywhere on the network, including with you. You can change it any time in Business Settings.
Your member discount What Boonora+ members (5,000+ lifetime Boons) get with you — up to 5%. A Boon itself is always worth one cent, at every business; this is the lever that makes your counter feel generous to the network's best customers.
Your first special A limited-time offer pushed to members across the network — the fastest way to have someone else's regular walk through your door this week. Reward Specials → add one.

What runs on its own

Piece	What happens
Sign-ups	Staff ask for a mobile number and tap Text a link to join on the terminal — or the customer scans your counter QR. They join on their own phone in 30 seconds and get their welcome bonus.
Applying rewards	Staff tap "Run card / Boonora" at the register. The customer's tier and discount apply automatically; your caps are enforced.
Premium members	Premium members get 20% off at every participating business — including yours. It's the network's promise, the same everywhere, and it's why a Premium member picks a Boonora business over the one next door.
Boonora+ members	Members who've earned 5,000 lifetime Boons get your member discount — you set it, up to 5%.
The money	One running balance: rewards you funded vs. rewards you honored. When you honor more than you funded, the network pays you; when the reverse, you're billed. Fees: 1% issuance on the Boons you award and 0.75% on settled activity. Purchased value — gift cards and loads — carries no fee.
Payouts	Every Friday to your bank through Stripe, once your bank is connected (a one-time link we send you). Boonora Accounting shows what lands next Friday.
Your texting line	Member texts go out on your own number. Carrier registration takes a few business days after signup; until then, they route on the shared network line.
Your books	Boonora Accounting shows what you're owed, what you owe, every transaction and payout, with CSV export. Read-only and always current.

The one number you don't set: Premium's 20% off. It's advertised on boonora.com for the whole network, so every participating business honors it — the way a store honors a credit card's terms. A Boon is worth one cent everywhere, by design. Everything else — earn rate, member discount, specials — is yours.

Your first 30 days

Week 1 — go live Dials set, first special out, counter sign and QR up, staff shown the two moves (text them the join link; Run card / Boonora).
Week 2 — watch the ledger Open Boonora Accounting. You'll see the first redemptions from members who earned elsewhere — those are new customers.
Week 3 — run a second special Members respond to fresh offers. Keep one live at all times.
Week 4 — review with us Members from other businesses, redemptions, and lift. Adjust your earn rate with data, not guesswork.
